Shipping policy

All jewellery shall be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured to the appropriate amount.  All jewellery is individual and some ring sizings can take longer to size than others.  We aim to have the majority of rings sized and posted within 8 working days.  If your ring or item of jewellery requires no alteration then we collect from our safety deposit box twice a week, so please allow approximately 3 to 4 working days to receive your jewellery.  We can ship all of our jewellery internationally, please contact us for details of shipping.  Customers will be eligable for all local taxes.
